Win bigger sprinkler jobs and recurring inspection contracts.

Property managers search “fire sprinkler inspection near me.” GCs check your website before they invite you to bid. Facility owners ask AI assistants who does retrofits in their city. We help buyers and search tools understand your sprinkler services, then keep every building on its inspection cycle.

  • Inspection, testing & maintenance (ITM)
  • Backflow testing
  • Deficiency repair & service
  • Retrofit & system upgrades
  • Commercial new construction
  • Tenant finish / tenant improvement

  3. AI search
  4. Google Ads for high-intent searches
  5. Inspection reminders
  6. CRM pipeline

Built for sprinkler and fire protection contractors doing $150K–$1M a year that want to grow beyond referrals, and established $1M–$5M companies that want steadier inspection revenue and more installation, retrofit and tenant-finish work.

Most fire protection companies are invisible online — and they don't know how much it's costing them.

Terrible or no website

A phone number on a 2009 WordPress template. No service pages. No location targeting. No reason for Google to rank you.

Zero Google presence

Restaurant owners and property managers search "fire extinguisher inspection near me" and "hood suppression inspection" every day. If your Business Profile and website are thin, they call someone else.

100% referral dependent

Referrals are great until one big account leaves or a competitor moves into your market with a real web presence. You need a system, not luck.

No automated follow-up

Many hood systems are on a semi-annual cycle and extinguishers on an annual one (your AHJ and the manufacturer set the actual interval). Your competitors track that in spreadsheets. You could be using automation.

Everything your fire protection business needs to win Google & AI search.

Nine services that work as one system, built around Falls Fire Protection, our own company. The build log shows what's live there and what's still planned. Pick one to see what's included and which program includes it.

CRM & Pipeline

Every lead and customer in one fire protection pipeline

We don't just market fire protection companies. We own one.

We help fire protection companies grow inbound calls 2x in 12 months — using the system we tested at our own fire protection company first.

“2x in 12 months” is the target we plan and report against — not a guarantee. Results depend on your market, starting point and capacity.

Most marketing agencies learn about your industry from a Wikipedia article. We built Falls Fire Protection from scratch — real company, real certifications, real customers.

The Astro website, the GHL pipeline and the local SEO pages are built and live on our own company first. Paid search at Falls Fire is planned once tracking is proven, and we'll publish it on the build log when it runs.

"Most marketing advice isn't written for a business that runs on inspection cycles, hood systems and fire marshal visits. I needed marketing that was, so I built it for my own company.

I own Falls Fire Protection — my own fire protection company in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The website, the pipeline, the inspection reminders and the local SEO I sell through Fire Marketing Pros run at Falls Fire first. Paid search is next there, and I'll show it on the build log when it's live. I'm not a marketer who learned your industry — I'm a fire protection owner who learned marketing."

Month-to-month, no lock-in. $500 one-time setup fee. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the ad platform. Compare all programs

The Fire Marketing Pros Promise

No annual contracts

Month-to-month. No lock-in. We earn your business every month — if we're not delivering, you're not stuck.

No setup surprises

$500 flat setup fee, disclosed upfront. Nothing hidden in a proposal. Ad spend, when you run ads, is paid directly to the platform.

No vanity metrics

Every monthly report shows real calls, real leads, and real booked jobs — not impressions and "reach" that don't pay your bills.

Your accounts stay in your name

Your domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name. The website files and content we create for you are yours once invoices are paid (Terms §5.1). Our own frameworks and templates stay ours.

Eight reasons an owner-run agency is different.

01

We own a fire protection company

Falls Fire Protection — ICC/NAFED certified, real customers, real inspections. Not a case study we borrowed from someone else.

02

Built on our own company first

The website, pipeline, reminders and local SEO we sell run at Falls Fire Protection first. Paid search there is still planned. The build log is on our Results page.

03

We speak the language

NFPA 10, NFPA 17A, NFPA 96, fusible links, Ansul R-102, saponification, fire marshal compliance. Your marketing won’t read like it was written by someone who Googled fire extinguishers.

04

Pre-built fire protection pipeline

8-stage GHL pipeline with hood and extinguisher inspection reminders and automated follow-up, ready on day one and set to each customer’s schedule.

05

Live in 30 days, not 6–8 weeks

Our target is your new website live within the first month. Most agencies take 6–8 weeks and charge more for the wait.

06

Month-to-month. Your accounts stay yours.

No lock-in. Your domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name. The website files and content we create for you are yours once invoices are paid.

07

Built on a proven niche-agency playbook

Built on Josh Nelson’s 7 Figure Agency model for niche marketing agencies, executed only for fire protection.

08

Two-time keynote speaker at NICA and IAFE

Boki has keynoted at NICA and IAFE, the concession and fair-industry conferences where his food-service career started. Same owner-to-owner style he brings to the podcast.

Falls Fire Protection is our test lab.

Most marketing agencies have vague testimonials and stock photos. We have a real fire protection company in Sioux Falls, SD that we own and operate, and we build every piece of our system there first.

The Results page shows what is built and live today. We don't publish revenue or lead numbers yet; when we do, they will be real.

Playing With Fire

How to Market Your Fire Protection Business in the AI Era

Getting found on Google and in AI search, from Business Profile to AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, written by Boki and tested at Falls Fire Protection. We’re updating it for 2026 with the latest AI search changes; sign up and we’ll email it as soon as it’s ready.

Common questions.

Who is Fire Marketing Pros for?

Fire protection company owners at two sizes: owner-operators doing roughly $150K–$1M a year who want to grow beyond word-of-mouth, and established $1M–$5M companies that want a steadier flow of inspection and service work from Google and AI search. That includes extinguisher inspection, hood suppression, sprinkler, alarm testing and related services. Book a free strategy call and we'll review your Google presence and tell you honestly whether we can help.

Do you work with fire sprinkler companies?

Yes. We market sprinkler contractors that do inspection, testing and maintenance (ITM), backflow testing, deficiency repair, retrofit, commercial new construction and tenant finish. The focus is recurring inspection contracts plus bigger installation and retrofit work, found through Google, AI search and high-intent Google Ads, with inspection reminders and a CRM so nothing slips. Our fire sprinkler company marketing page explains the plan.

How much do your programs cost?

Starter is $1,497/month, Growth is $2,497/month (most popular) and Dominate is $3,497/month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. Ad spend for Growth and Dominate is separate: you pay the platform directly, we manage the campaigns. Month-to-month, no lock-in. Full details are on the Programs page.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Service is month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We don't do annual lock-ins. If we're not delivering, you shouldn't be stuck with us.

What makes Fire Marketing Pros different from other agencies?

The owner runs a fire protection company. I own and operate Falls Fire Protection in Sioux Falls, SD, and most of what I sell runs there first; paid search is still planned. When we talk about NFPA 10, hood suppression, fusible links or Ansul R-102, I know what you're talking about because I do the work myself.

Do you work with companies outside of Sioux Falls?

Yes. Fire Marketing Pros works with fire protection companies nationwide. Falls Fire Protection is local to Sioux Falls, but the marketing system works in any market, and we prefer working outside Sioux Falls so we don’t compete with our own clients at home.

When can I expect results?

Expect SEO to build over roughly 6–12 months; Google Ads can produce calls sooner once it is live. Month 1 is the foundation: website, Google Business Profile, pipeline and tracking. Months 2–3 add service area pages, content and (on Growth and Dominate) review requests. Our target is 2x inbound calls in 12 months, and every monthly report shows progress against it. It is a target, not a guarantee. If after the first 30 days you feel we’re not the right fit, tell us: under the Right Fit Guarantee we will work with you to find a resolution. The guarantee does not change the payment terms in our Terms of Service.

Do you guarantee rankings or AI-search placement?

No. Nobody controls Google rankings or what AI assistants like Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT say. What we do is make your business easy for both to understand: clear service and service-area pages, FAQs, schema markup, a complete Google Business Profile and a steady stream of real reviews.

Do the inspection reminders follow NFPA schedules?

They follow whatever interval applies to each customer, starting from the common cycles. Reminders default to the most common cycles, 6 months for kitchen hood suppression systems and 12 months for extinguisher maintenance. The actual interval for any site comes from the applicable code (NFPA 10, NFPA 17A, NFPA 96), your local AHJ and the manufacturer’s instructions, so we configure reminders to match what you are required to do.

What is the Free Google Profile Audit?

A free, short recorded walkthrough of your Google Business Profile, how you show up in local search, and your website, with the top priorities we would fix first. It uses public information only. The strategy call is still the best next step if you want a full conversation.

Billing, cancellation, ownership and the Right Fit Guarantee are set out in full in our Terms of Service. More answers on the FAQ page. Last updated .
